The President of Beta Alpha Psi
  Kappa Nu Chapter

Kelly Peterson

Kelly Peterson is a graduate student at Truman State University, pursuing an audit concentration Master of Accountancy degree. She also earned her bachelor's degree in accounting at Truman, with a minor in Spanish. Kelly joined the Kappa Nu chapter of Beta Alpha Psi during the Spring 2007 semester. During the 2008-2009 academic year, she served as the Vice President of Professional Activities. Kelly was also active in Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) as an undergrad, serving in several executive committee positions.

During her term as president, Kelly has a few major goals that she would like to see the Kappa Nu chapter achieve. These include increased interaction between members through service and social events, as well as a revised list of committees and an increase in leadership positions for members. Kelly would like to see a year full of the continued success that Beta Alpha Psi members have worked hard to achieve, including an excellent professional program, stellar recruitment periods, and the continuation of achieving superior status.

When not doing BAP related things, Kelly enjoys spending time with friends, reading, and watching movies. She is originally from St. Louis, MO and hopes to find herself there again after graduation.
